Interests

Leadership. Took part on the Microsoft New Talent Leadership training 2001-2001. Had the possibility to use that learning while transiting Finnish Broadcasting Company into financial balance (outcome -60 million in 2005 and +5 million in 2010) and number one player in Internet in Finland by 2010 (measured by bites sent to customers through networks). Studying in Stanford summed all that up. Believes in Gary Hamel kind of leadership that is based on interaction. Wrote two books about leadership, both in Finnish. Sold/copied 5000 and 3000.

Social media. 40 000 followers in Twitter, 10 000 in Facebook.

Start up’s. Have been involved in 4 (partner, board-member).
